North Bay, ON — The Canadore Panthers women's volleyball team capped a perfect home weekend with two convincing victories, defeating George Brown 3–1 on Saturday and sweeping Centennial 3–0 on Sunday. Canadore's attack and serve pressure were the difference, as the Panthers hit over .300 in both matches and piled up 24 aces across the two wins.


Saturday, Jan. 31 — Canadore 3, George Brown 1

Set scores: 25–18, 25–13, 23–25, 25–17

Canadore controlled three of the four frames behind a balanced offense that hit .320 (54 kills, 14 errors, 125 swings) and a steady first-contact game (50 digs). The Panthers added 7 aces and 6 solo blocks while holding the Huskies to .160.

Sunday, Feb. 1 — Canadore 3, Centennial 0

Set scores: 25–14, 25–9, 25–15

The Panthers dominated wire-to-wire, hitting .397 (36–9–68) and unleashing 17 service aces. Canadore also posted 6 solo blocks while limiting Centennial to .000 hitting with just 15 kills.
