Crowd Fuels Panthers to Crossover Sweep of Conestoga
North Bay, ON — In front of a loud, all‑white "White Noise" crowd, the Canadore Panthers men's volleyball team swept Conestoga in an OCAA Crossover playoff match, 33–31, 25–21, 25–22, at the Canadore College Drive Gymnasium. The Panthers were ruthlessly efficient, hitting .393 as a team (40 kills, just 7 errors) and closing each set with composed side‑outs.
Canadore survived a marathon opening frame 33–31, then leaned on first‑contact control and terminal attacking to finish the sweep. While Conestoga posted big numbers from the pins, Canadore's balance and efficiency were the difference—particularly in high‑leverage points.
