North Bay, ON — The Canadore Panthers men's volleyball team delivered a perfect home weekend, edging Loyalist in five sets on Saturday before sweeping Fleming in straight sets on Sunday at the College Drive Gymnasium.


Saturday — Canadore 3, Loyalist 2

Set scores: 25–22, 21–25, 21–25, 25–21, 15–6

Canadore rallied from down 1–2 to force a fifth, then dominated the tiebreak behind serving pressure and a towering block to close out Loyalist. The Panthers finished with 54 kills (.290), 8 service aces, and 12 solo blocks.

Sunday — Canadore 3, Fleming 0

Set scores: 25–11, 25–16, 25–19

The Panthers controlled every phase in a wire-to-wire sweep, hitting .423 with 41 kills, while piling up 11 aces and 13 solo blocks to smother the Knights' attack (.119).
